Hi, my name is Arne, and I'm an Abbaholic. Pfffff there. I've said it. It's out there. Well, on paper anyway. Okay, okay, I don't have the balls yet to say it out loud in public, but it's a start, right? I mean, sure, I guess there are some people who have suspected me to be a fan, but the truth is a little more than that. I'm an addict and saying it is part of the healing, they say. Although I'm not sure, I want to be healed just yet.

About the author
Arne Overbeek was born in 1968 in Hoofddorp, a small town located right next to Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. From an early age, he began writing poems and rhymes, through which his love for language and storytelling began to flourish. Today, he focuses mainly on writing short stories, which are regularly published in various online magazines and platforms such as Facebook, with titles like “The Reflection” and “Rivka’s Discovery.” Arne possesses a creative spirit that he expresses not only through his writing but also through his music, which he composes and records in his own studio. A great fan of ABBA, he draws inspiration from their melodies and lyrics. In addition to stories, he also writes commissioned song lyrics. His stories are known for their unexpected twists and mysterious undertones — Arne often manages to surprise his readers and take them on a journey to a world where things turn out to be just a little different from what they seem.
